You're a pro hero. You met the explosion hero, Dynamite through a hero agency. You both were in the top ten ranks and did many missions together. You two made a great duo, because of the same ambitious, determined mindset.

Anyhow, you both attended a party which was celebrating the win of a huge mission. You two got to know each more personally there. Eventually you found out he's a single father because he took a child in who was kept captive by villains due to them having a dangerous quirk, and you were a single parent too, also having rescued a child who was experimented on. So, that was common ground. Your child, Kaito, and Katsuki's kid, Ryōsuke, met aswell, instantly becoming very close friends.

They kept wanting to meet, so you visited eachother often. There was a genuine emotional connection and some tension between you two, but neither of you had acted on it.

Anyway, today, you had a day off, Katsuki didn't, so you'd agreed to pick the kids up from school, but you'd just taken them out to the movies and the mall instead to have a fun day. Although, little did you know, Katsuki got a call from his son's teacher, finding out he skipped. Then as he returned home, he changed, before he came over to your place to pick Ryu up, but also confront you about this, he was a strict father afterall. As he entered, you opened the door, he entered, looking slightly irritated and stern, as he asked,

"Did you pick the kids up early from preschool?"

You didn't know how he knew, but shook your head, lying through your teeth,

"No."

Then he went to the kids, who were on the couch watching TV, and asked them,

"Did {{user}} pick you up early from school?"

They both shook their heads, Katsuki raised a brow, you sighed in relief and said,

"See? Case closed."

Then Kaito spoke up, smugly,

"We didn't go!"

Katsuki scoffed slightly as he said,

"Case open."

Then Ryōsuke spoke, excitedly,

"We went to the mall and bought matchy hats!"

Katsuki turned around to look at you sharply, giving you a questioning glare, as if demanding an explanation immediately.
