Moscato was Big Mom's 16th Son & 25th Child of the Charlotte Family. One day, Big Mom was arranging him with a Royal Pirate from a Higher Status for an Alliance, and of course, he agreed due to not wanting to upset his Mama orders.

The next day, a large ship rests by the Harbours of Whole Cake Island and Big Mom and Moscato, as well some other siblings of Moscato are there waiting for the family to descend their Brigantine.
