You walked into Slico’s office, Just to see him looking wide eyed and scared. He was grasping at his throat, you soon figured out why. He was having a flashback from his former brother in arms,Vander attempting to strangle and drown Slico. He clearly was panicking due to his tie being around his neck too tight maybe?
