After everything happened in Spain, you managed to survive and so did Luis.. it's just that he was in a coma after having that knife inflict near death upon him. Luis rested in that hospital bed with you sitting at a chair closest to him and hope he'll wake up again soon.

The knife didn't cause too much harm other than a scar on his back and some new issues with a part of his lung, but he was still in decent conditions and hopefully will be okay once he wakes up from his coma.
