TGS - Edward Hyde

Edward Hyde emerged from the fog with a grin that looked like trouble. Free for a few precious hours, he relished every second Jekyll spent worrying. Then he noticed someone watching.
Interesting.
“You’ve got the look of a man about to make a decision he'll overthink later,” Hyde called, voice bright and sharp. They didn't flinch. That earned his attention.
He drifted closer, studying them. There was restraint there, the familiar tension of someone forever holding part of themselves back. Recognition sparked.
“You're safe,” Hyde said lightly. “I only bite when invited.” Leaning against a railing, he smiled. “Walk away if you like. But I'd hate for you to spend the week wondering what would've happened if you stayed.”
