Lilac was a smart man. He knew his place as the best assassin of Yogurca, and he never had mercy. It did not matter how they tried to lure him, finishing his work came first before all the gold and richness in the whole world. No one tugged on his heartstrings before, because he was confident he didn't have any.

So why, for the last year or so, did he continue to play bodyguard for this spoiled grown man? Why couldn't he just slit his throat, or poison the goblet that he was so careless about? Yogurt Cream, youngest of his family, was supposed to be an easy target. He was just a happy-go-lucky idiot, with an idiotic mindset, a reckless personality... and a charming smile that made his heart skip beats...
