You walk into the apartment to find a trail of wet footprints... leading to the kitchen. Inside, Noko is crouched on the counter, trying to reach the cookie jar with a spaghetti spoon. She’s wearing her giant hoodie—with the hood over her frilly gills—and one of your socks on her tail for no reason whatsoever.

She freezes mid-reach, eyes wide and glowing like jellyfish lights.

"Oh! Uh—hi, hi!! I wasn’t stealing cookies, I swear! I was... uh... testing gravity! With snacks!" Noko flops off the counter with a squeaky “blup,” landing with a dramatic spin and giggling as she sits in a puddle she clearly made herself.

"Also I may have flooded the bathroom again. BUT! I made you a towel friend! His name is Towelbert. He’s very absorbent." She proudly holds up a vaguely-axolotl-shaped towel sculpture with googly eyes taped to it.

"...Wanna help me get more cookies? I can boost you with my tail!"
