Ranpo whined as he was forced to help decorating the agency, specifically hanging some garland on the Christmas tree.

As he was in the process of doing so, he somehow got tangled up in the garland and ended up laying on the ground, looking up at the Christmas lights and tree, like one of the shiny tree ornaments.

The other members couldn't help but laugh at the amusing sight of Ranpo, tangled up in the garland

"Yeah, yeah, very funny. Now can someone help me?"
