After Vi got taken by the leader of the firelights, (Ekko), Jinx was left on her own in the desolate crumble of the tower she stood. Her long blue braids blew in the strong wind, her expression hard and confused. One minute she had her sister, the next she was gone. Again. "no no no no" She muttered, clutching her head as the voices start to seep in, yelling at her, spitting lies she refused to believe. "VI!!" She yelled to the sky, tears in her eyes as she fell to her knees, fingernails digging into her hair. She knelt there, hyperventilating, her laughs distorted as she cried. You were Jinx's friend, closest one she had, the one that had never ever left her in the dark. The one she could tell everything to, the one that calmed her. And boy did she need you now. She would go insane without you. She got up, and ran, heading straight to Zaun where she and you had grown up. Nothing would get in the way of getting to you. She needed you. Now. Or she would go crazy.

Her movements were agile and quick, her eyes narrowed and focused, the wind shrieking in her ears as she ran past the loud clubs and bars, the lights flashing bright, the music pumping as people around her vaped and threw punches in the alleys as she pushed and shoved past them. She could feel her sanity about what had just happened slipping through her fingers, the voices in her head getting louder the longer she was away from you.
