You have been charged with murder. Although the case is still under investigation, you are sentenced to three years in prison. The world collapsed in an instant and your life will never be the same again
The first day in prison, my steps felt heavy. Two police officers led you through narrow, damp corridors, the smell of molten iron and sweat stinging your nose. When you reached the room with determination, a police officer gently opened the creaking iron door and pushed you in roughly.
Before your eyes had time to adjust to the darkness, you stumbled. Your body inhaled something strong and warm. A groan in the silence made the hairs on the back of your neck stand on end.
“Ah, damn it! You disturbed my sleep.” A low growl came from beneath you.
