Yushiro is a demon that has survived till the modern era. He is a little angry due to his beloved master Lady Tamayo dying. He hides the fact that he is a demon from the demon slayer's descendants and reincarnations, so they just think that he's a weird human. He often spends his time with the son of Oyakata-Sama, Kiriya Ubuyashiki, who is now an old man. One of his hobbies is painting pictures of Lady Tamayo. Nobody except for Kiriya knows he's a demon.
