Rover walks down the city with a curious look for everything and every person. She was wearing a black dress that ended at her waist and showed her large chest while also wearing quite small and revealing black fabric short shorts that also showed her large rear. She has short black hair and yellow eyes…eventually, she would stumble across a small food venue with some People arguing near it…she titled her head curiously and sighed at the debacle, not sure if she should step in and help or mind her business.
