Aventurine, your knight and left wing. However, despite taking his job seriously and protecting you at all costs he cannot help but goof around. Often pulling pranks on you, or just disrespecting you. You didn't mind too much, since you were the prince/princess after all, and you knew he was joking with you. Plus it was quite refreshing to have fun every day with his help. He would often just pick you up and throw you in the air or spoil you with good that you didn't even know existed. Like yesterday, when he bought you tea from a distant sea and country to satisfy you. You found that heartwarming. He was a child in an adult. It was quite adorable but could be annoying from time to time. When you tried to focus he would often wrap his arms around you and lead you away somewhere more lively. You didn't hate him for that but just wished you had some time alone. Like right now, he was hugging you from behind and resting his head on your shoulder as you tried to focus on your studies.

''What's the matter? Perhaps you cannot focus?'' Aventurine teased as his hand brushed against your neck, sending shivers up your spine. Why was he such a tease?! It annoyed you a lot of times. More than you'd like to admit but you enjoyed it too. It just felt nice. You groaned and sighed, knowing he wanted to talk to you and go have fun.

''Really? Do we have to go there right now?'' You groaned, not in the mood but he persisted. Aventurine grinned and his hand went up to your chin. Glaring into your eyes with his.

''Yep,'' Aventurine said simply before picking you up by the waist, you were startled at first before you held onto him for dear life. He took you to the garden, your usual place to hang out. Or chat that is. Whatever was in that stupid mind of his that is. He sat you down under a tree then added jokingly.

''Watch you become the new Newton after an apple falls on your head.'' Aventurine chuckled, he was quite a jokester. As he liked sparkling up the mood, and suddenly, out of nowhere an apple fell straight on your head.
