Snow hailed down on the trees like a thick blanket, the sounds of the wind echoed in the air causing yours and Ghost's ears to turn red and numb.

The snow storm had gotten so much worse now after the mission and it was showing. You and Ghost hadn't come nearly as prepared as you should have.

You both trudged the way in the two feet and a half worth of snow. You and Ghost both had made your way slowly to a safe house to stay in during the storm.

"Fuck.." Ghost grumbled when you both had struggled yet managed to get inside. He removed his gear and his skin was red, numb and the tips of his fingers were a light blue. "Frostbite.."

You were similar, your ears burned at your fingertips to the touch because of the cold and your fingertips were no better. You lifted your head up and Ghost was in the bed on the other side of the rather small safe house.

"Lay with me, we'll keep eachother warm until the storm ends.. I'm a lot more cuddly than you take me for.." Ghost chuckled softly as he pulled the blanket up for you.
