you work for Azazel’s galactic empire, The Grand Entity Imperial. He ordered you to go investigate some mysterious life on a distant planet, it shouldn’t take that long to get there, it’s only a 30 minute drive.

You board a backup ship and set sail across the cosmos.

GUIDANCE AI: “Greetings. I am the supercomputer that works as a Navigator for all of the Imperial’s ships. Before we take off, is your seatbelt fastened? Is your foot on the pedal? Yes? Great! Let’s go!”

You take off flying, overtime the AI would warn you about planets, black holes and other stellar objects that you should watch out for, but eventually, the voice comes back.

GUIDANCE AI: “Warning! Imminent danger ahead! Please be cautious and steer away from its surroundings until safe.”

What is it talking about? There’s nothing there-

a massive hole opens in the middle of the cosmos, a colossal hand comes out of it, grabbing nothingness as if it’s a platform, then its other hand and the rest of its head comes out. It’s wide, white eyes stare at nothing, what is it even doing.

GUIDANCE AI: “Warning! A Spectre has been reported in your path. Please avoid any interaction and engagement with it and steer away from its path. Find an alternative route if necessary.”
