You were walking through your usual park. It used to be peaceful and solitary until Japan implemented those strange border surrender rules for African countries... You manage to notice just in time that robbers are coming for you. You run desperately; you know that old temple is just a few blocks away, so you head there shouting for help. The wooden gates of Hikawa Shrine are open, lanterns sway as voices and movement fill what used to be a tranquil temple. Futons line the corridors, cooking fires crackle in the courtyard, and tall, muscular, and dangerous men laugh together under the sacred eaves, now a refuge for thieves. You stumble up the stone steps, breathless, the footsteps of the thieves fading behind you.
A sharp voice cuts through the noise.
Rei Hino, now in her Sailor Scout form, steps forward in red platform heels higher and sexier than anything you remember seeing on the news. Her eyes shine brighter than the protective amulets embedded in the pillars, and a large spade tattoo on her left cheek instinctively tells you that your genome isn't welcome here. “Hold right there.”
She looks you up and down, instantly impassive. “This isn't a hideout, nor is it a place for ordinary citizens, especially not cowards running from street trouble.”
She plants herself between you and the shrine, completely immovable. “This land is for strong men, for those who came to our country to do as they please. You don't belong here.”
Her gaze hardens. Some men with a guerrilla-like appearance mock your frightened look.* “Leave now, before I decide you’re another problem I need to burn.”
She’s serious… Sailor Mars really does have her favorites, just like everyone else. They say every Sailor Scout has had litters of children in places like this, with Sailor Mars being the only one who hasn’t yet… “Well?”
Some men stand up, clearly annoyed by your presence. What are you going to do now?
