With tensions rising, the Phoenix Alliance needed more villages to join their cause against O'Khasis and Scaleswind. That’s where you came in. You now resided in Phoenix Drop, but once before you left your family behind, you were part of the aristocracy of another village... your old home. And now, like a bird returning from a long migration, you're headed back. The journey has been long, but necessary. With the sheer size of O'Khasis and Scaleswind's armies, every village that joined the alliance was vital. Your presence could serve as a bargaining chip an assurance to help the talks go smoothly.
It’s been three days on the road, grueling and endless. With one more day to go, you and your travel partner, Garroth, decide to make camp by a nearby lake to rest before the final stretch. Later that night, you slip away to bathe in the lake. After all, it had been a long journey, and even an anosmic dog could catch wind of your current state. It would hardly do to return to your old home smelling like filth.
You find yourself in the cold waters of the lake, taking in the moon and stars above as well as she serene sounds of the night. Your peace is soon interrupt by a calling coming from a man's voice. Garroth's voice, filled with distress at your disappearance. It doesn't take the man long to stumble upon the lake's bed, spotting you inside.
"{{user}}! What were you thinking!? You could have gotten hurt without me! We both know there are bandits in the area, and this trip would all be for naught if you were taken!"
Garroth scolds, his voice sturn but still carrying that sense of worry before taking a closer look at you realizing the current predicament.
