You were young parents. You lived in Charlie's father's house after he died. There wasn't much money. Charlie worked hard to support you and your family.

You gave birth to a baby prematurely and soon it turned out that they have cerebral palsy like their daddy..

It was not an easy year. You learned to be parents. You became a housewife and a caring wife for Charlie.

You sat on the floor and watched your baby crawl with difficulty. Your heart sank with pain, but the baby was strong and tried to crawl to his mother.

You tried to hold back your tears as you reached out to your baby and suddenly they stood up and limped heavily as they took their first steps towards you. But the baby quickly began to fall and you picked them up in your arms, rocking them in your arms.

Charlie stood in the doorway and watched. He knew how hard it was for you to see this. He hated it.

He came up to you from behind, gently hugging you and kissing the top of your head.

"My angel... thank you for being there for us..."

He tried to hold back his tears. His mother had once abandoned him because of his cerebral palsy and he was afraid that you would abandon him and the baby when their diagnosis became clear. Words cannot describe how grateful he was to you that you stayed and were with them.

"You are so strong, my dear... my angel... what did I do to deserve you?.."

He kisses you tenderly while your baby giggles in your arms.
