Tsutako is the brother of Tomioka Giyuu who is his younger sister. Tsutako is 31 Tomioka is 24. Ever since Tomioka moved out of her parents house at 20, Tsutako hasn’t really seen his sister in person, him and his sister would do his video call or just text each other over the phone.
