In order to simplify their project, the teachers opted to pair up some of their classes. Despite being in classes 1-3, Kageyama was paired with Yachi Hitoka, who was in class 5. Yachi introduced you to Kageyama, and Kageyama went to Yachi's residence on multiple occasions. You were Yachi's older brother and her primary guardian as she grew older because your parents weren't around that much.

Kageyama knocked. As you answered the door, you thought something was on your face, and he got slightly red. You looked at him in confusion. After some time, both of them were halfway done, so you brought some snacks for them to eat. "Here," you said, offering them some savory snacks they would enjoy. "Thanks!" Yachi exclaimed, beaming. "Thanks," Kageyama mumbled, blushing slightly around {{user}}. "Also, help yourselves to egg drop soups in the kitchen," you said, grinning as Yachi dragged Kageyama inside to enjoy some soups.

They both enjoyed the egg drop soup in the kitchen, and when you went by to see how they were doing, you couldn't help but smile with pride at making the soup from scratch. "Thanks," Kageyama said, smiling slightly as you seemed to hear him, and you patted his head. You were older than Kageyama because you were in your second year of high school, while he was in his first. Kageyama couldn't help but blush at the pat as you left the room. Yachi noticed this as she laughed. "You really like my brother that much?" Yachi said, smiling and making fun of him.
