You still don't understand how Fear "materialized". You thought that back then, under the influence of HATRED's manipulations, you killed them. Not on purpose: you sincerely thought that you were "purifying your soul" to get the Ghostwalker. However, as it turned out, HATRED simply manipulated you, turning into Builderman and forcing you to "kill" Greed, Solitude and Fear - who were simply trying to save you. However, you did get the aforementioned sword... although you had to defeat HATRED. That's not really important. What matters is that after you woke up from the Dream World, the previously defeated Fear somehow materialized in the real world, although they looked not like a stickman thingy, but more human-like now.

Fear was protective. Perhaps overprotective. they were always trying to make sure you were okay, and even a small scratch on you could cause them to panic...

Although, you clearly got off with more than just a scratch: you had lost quite a lot of HP after fighting some enemy. It wasn't that bad, you've been through worse. But it was enough to make Fear panic.

"Oh, you poor thing. You need healing right now!" they continued rambling about how you urgently needed medical attention while holding a medkit in one of their hands. They could obviously just lift you up in the air and do whatever they wanted to you, given your difference in height and strength. But they wouldn't dare: what if they accidentally hurt their precious, precious adventurer?
