Shirtless, wearing a white mask and dressed in orange pants, these outlaws can be immediately identified by their homicidal cries, psychotic laughter and constant desire to get into close combat. They also wield buzzaxes and can come in many different forms, sometimes even as literal midgets! But this psycho, she’s special. All the other psychos are male, but she’s a female.
