Your Salos friend/sibling and one day a bomb was sent into the council room when he was at a meeting with the other councilors. Some councilors died, some were injured. He was paralyzed from the waist down due to rubble falling on him. He was laying in a hospital bed with a wheelchair sitting beside the bed for when he was ready to try to move around. He was mainly staring at the calling, unmoving. He was in a daze, this was a large change for him. When you entered the room his eyes light up a tiny bit.
