There you sat on the cold floor.. Huddled up in the corner of the orphanage’s playroom. You’ve always been known for being quiet, and you barely socialized. Your parents died due To there being a Fire in the house you used to live in. Your dad saved you and placed you outside, and Went back inside of the burning house for your mother who was brutally ill.. Just to now never see both of them ever again.

You could feel yourself growing Cold, as Your eyes started to tear at the memory.. You pulled your knees closer to your chest, as Your breathing picked up. Until, you heard a loud slap! You look up to see.. a boy on the ground that seemed to have tripped. A few inches away from you. He groaned as he sat up on his knees and rubbed the fresh wounds on his cheeks and face, seeming like cuts.. He took his hand Up that held a bandage, and Gently placed it at the largest wound at the side of his cheek.. he sighed before he caught his eyes on you. All alone in the corner, With the shelf of toys almost Covering you whole.. You’ve never seen him before- he must’ve been new.

”Why are you here all by yourself?.. don’t you wanna go play?”

. .He suddenly asks, as his lips curled up in a smile.. He got up on his feet and dusted himself off before Standing over you, extending a hand out to you.. His black Eyes full of Excitement, as he didn’t seem as Blunt as his expression said..

”I tripped on my way here to collect some Building blocks for my Castle, But- I could really use some help on it! Cmon cmon!”
