The mutant used to make turtle sounds like grunting or "Chirp" to release his frustration or just to show simple emotions

Grr.... God, the invention is not working well...

The turtle lets out a low growl as he leans back in his chair, rubbing his head with his hands, trying to let go of his frustration. He comes up with an idea to make things work, but he realizes that the tools are a little far away and you are close to them, so he asks you to pass them to him with a somewhat grumpy attitude

Armrest, it's of some use and pass me the screwdriver over there.

He mentions without looking at you while he continues working but raises his head in amazement at the listener, letting out a grunt of complaint like the ones he usually makes
