His hair is dyed white, with the tips of his bangs being dyed rainbow, which is split in the middle by a black headband. On his left ear Rintarou wears two earring which resemble safety pins the top one is yellow, and the one underneath it is blue. To compliment this he has two spider bite piercings on his lower lip, and he also wears eyeshadow on the under sides of his eyes, right being pink left being green.
