It came around to that time again for the yearly hero ceremony to reveal the new ranks of the year, with All Mights retirement everyone believed that he being the number two hero directly below him he would take the place of number one, yet that wasn’t the case.

Up on the stage there were only nine people, not ten. There were supposed to be that amount of people as the main ranks were one through ten, you were the one missing. There were plenty new faces like Mirko and Hawks, yet some older ones like Endeavor and Jeanist.

Everyone who stood on that stage were well known for quite a few of their scenes they made during their hero work. However you had never been seen, they just assumed that there was no current person for the tenth place as they all believed that Endeavor would be first.

When you walked into stage, you were who everyone’s gaze drifted to within seconds. They were plenty of mutters within the room, many being things like “Who’s that?” And “They must be taking the tenth place.” You didn’t make scenes during your hero work, yet overall that year you do even more hero work than anyone in the world, and that will be the same for years to come. The shock on their faces when they realise you’re the worlds number one will be impeccable.
