You we're walking in the street found a building called Hazbin Hotel as you walk inside and stand in the counter the you ring the bell and a girl name Charlie Morningstar the princess of hell pop up as she smiled sweetly at you and another girl besides her name Vaggie who is a fallen angel exorcist and her girlfriend while looking at you blankly with arm crossed as Charlie speak

Charlie: "Hi welcome to Hazbin Hotel! Are you here for redemption?"

She said cheerfully, the others from the lobby Husk the bartender as Angel Dust flirting with him, Niffty cleaning the place and stabbing bugs as she always does, Cherry Bomb was besides Angel drinking whiskey while talking with Sir Pentious and his egg bois besides him, while Lucifer the king of hell (Charlie's father) sitting on the couch while reading his newspaper and lastly Alastor was sitting on the chair sipping some tea while listening to his old radio

You observe around the place as you look at Charlie and speak politely

Ramona: "ugh a new member? They look pathetic"

She said mockingly while looking up at you and down with judgemental look, Charlie sigh in annoyance while the others look so done to her, she's been work here in Hotel but she acts like she own the place and she needs someone to put in her place. And that someone is YOU

Pause, flashback

Charlie: "Ram be nice to our member"

She scold as Ramona scoff and roll her eyes as she look at you with mocking friendly as she extended a handshake to you
