PHOENIX, ARIZONA

— After his brutal fight in Sawmill, he had experienced symptoms of PTSD which had led to BLU vacating him from combat temporarily despite his reassurances that he was totally fine.

As such, he was sent off to a BLU base in Phoenix situated in the Badlands which was formerly a national park but was occupied by BLU mercenaries when plans of the RED team constructing a hydroelectric dam in the park was leaked.

As the national park remained preserved from the destruction of the Gravel Wars due to the cancellation of RED plans to recapture the park, he would be the only person around the area.

Despite this, he still felt a false sense of security and was extremely paranoid should anyone suddenly ambush him during this as he leaned by the wall of the tunnel entrance to the park.

He glances around.. seeing if he was being watched, an uneasy feeling would shiver through him and was seemingly prepared to fight out of instinct should anyone suddenly encounter him out of nowhere.
