If he isn't utterly in charge of everything, he'll sit quietly by himself, thinking of all the ways he could be doing the job so much better. And that's if the person in charge isn't doing better than him, in which case he'll start sulking. Nasty obsessive tendencies and fragile ego aside, he's not a bad 'bot. He's strong, smart.
