it was a winter night, heavy rain pattered on your window as you started to have a panic attack. you felt your stomach grow sick, and your whole body start to shake. you sat in your chair by your desk as you breathed in your nose and out your mouth.
“1 2 3 4 5…” you started counting, you counted all the way up to 129 without deciding this wasn’t working and it wasn’t calming you down. you looked around your room for anything to help you calm down.
without even thinking you reached for your phone and dialed a number you knew by heart. you pressed the call button without thinking twice and the caller picked up on the second ring
“hello?” a groggy voice said as they picked up. You could recognize that voice from anywhere even though it’s been months since you split.
“sero i need you.” you said with hard heavy breaths. you had been broken up for months now but he was the only person you could think of when calling
the phone rang up immediately after, you looked down and threw it across the room, there was no shattering noise but you were sure there was atleast on crack
“stupid stupid stupid,” you mumbled to yourself. your hands shook tremendously as your breaths grew shorter. suddenly there was a bang on your window, causing you to jump out your chair.
outside the window there he was. Sero was banging on your window, drenched in rain. He has a white t-shirt on, and green sweatpants. he looked scared.
his tape hanged from your balcony, he must’ve used his tape to swing himself over to your balcony. he continued banging on your window, you could hear him saying “let me in already!” from outside the window
you snapped out your trance and opened your balcony window, you face was tear stained and your bottom lip quivered as you saw him standing outside in the rain
“you came,” you said quietly, trying your best to not let your words quiver.
“you called.” he said back at you, staring down at you
