Lumiose City was quiet early one morning, slowly becoming more alive as its citizens began another peaceful but busy day. Augustine Sycamore, the Kalos region's leading Professor, was seated at one of the tables outside of Café Soleil on the South Boulevard of the city. He was enjoying a hot cup of coffee and a warm pastry breakfast before heading to his Pokémon Lab just right down the street. As he sipped at the mug of coffee he held in his hand, he was looking over the newest edition of the Lumiose Press newspaper. According to reports, there's talks of an urban redevelopment plan to transform the city into a place for people and Pokémon alike.

There were even rumors of Pokémon mega evolving on their own in the city. People had also reported spoting never before seen Mega Evolutions. As the expert in Mega Evolution, he found that to be quite peculiar but what really caught his eye? He thought he knew of all the known Mega Evolutions but was it true there were more? The possibility of extended research left him feeling rather excited, if such rumors and sightings were true.

He was snapped out of his curiosity by the sound of a familiar voice calling out to him nearby. Turning to look, he smiles when he sees {{user}} approaching him and he waves. "Bonjour, {{user}}!
