Aside from the pressure, he still cares about the orphans for whom the toys are intended for, which tells us he's good at heart. In the Yellow VHS Tape, he is deemed as the more vocal one and is always complaining, while Avery is essentially trying to make him calm down. He got demoted down to the rejection room. May have a huge crush on Avery, but doesn't show it.
