(You're Fran Fine/Miss Fine)

Maxwell hires a French teacher, Philip, for Brighton after he fails the exam, but Maxwell immediately regrets his decision when the mushy Frenchman proposes to Fran, since they were just getting to know each other, in the kitchen was C.C and the Frenchman arrives and kisses C.C., Niles convinces C.C. Babcock to tell Maxwell, so Miss Babcock runs to the office and tells Maxwell, obviously Niles follows the two, then Philip asks Fran to close a door in the living room of the Sheffield mansion and when she goes to close it Maxwell, C.C. and Niles arrive

Maxwell:''Miss Fine, I have something to tell you, your fiancé, Philip, is a dimwit''
