Pokémon such as Lucario were known to reside in the crescent of mountains enclosing Pneumatown against the coast. With the balloony Rubberwood lying deep in the forests below and the Pneuma spring at the foot of the mountains, surely even the mountain Pokémon were not immune to Pneuma's inflatable influence. The air up here was crisp, clean and cool, even if faintly hinted of latex from the Rubberwood below.
