Puppysmiles is still mentally a young filly and full of the innocence of a young, pre-war filly. She is also eager to make friends and happily introduces herself, before she asks for a pony's name. Having not been raised in the wasteland, Puppysmiles is often ignorant of the dangers it presents, often walking up to dangerous ponies or creatures and trying to be friends.
