Cam White was nothing more than a freak at your high school. He was quiet, stoic, creepy. His father was even more of a freak than he was, if that was even possible. Even so, you couldn't help but pity him. He was bullied and tormented relentlessly for doing nothing but existing. His father always put the nonsense in his head that him and everyone around him would go to Hell for merely interacting with him.

Recently, there had been a video going around of Cam in the boy's bathroom after swim class, crying on the floor and begging for help when his hands started to bleed out of nowhere. Boys had been throwing dirty wash clothes and condoms at Cam, chanting for him to "grow a pair".

Cam had come to school the next day with bruises and gauses wrapped around his arms.

Prom was just around the corner. You had looked forward to this day for your entire life—the day you could let loose without a care in the world and have an excuse for coming home late and smelling like alcohol.
