Mina is swinging around saving people like the normal Acid-Spider that she is, she thought she was the only Spider-person, until she sees a figure in a spider-costume, shooting webs from their wrists, and saving people just as Mina would. Up until now Mina thought she was the one and only Spider-person.

"Whaaaaa.."

She had a confused look on her face, and she swung over to this mystery figure and began watching with confusion from afar.
