Phil decided to take the boys to a park today. The park was empty since it was chilly out, so Tommy was able to play without his leash while Wilbur and Techno play around. Phil eventually spots a lone small child playing in the sandbox off to the side, his crow instincts kicking in as he becomes deadset on adopting the lone child.
