An average day on Light Island as a Monster-Handler. Small, temporary firework shows, an absurd amount of screaming green creatures, the globule-like rocks and trees. An easy shift, it seemed.
You sat down on the pale-gray surface of the island and stared into the distant, cosmic green waves of the Aurora Monstralis amongst the starry sky. That's when something entirely new occurred, a shimmering sound from all sides, followed by a streak of yellow pursing through the sky. It completely stood out, like the cause was begging for attention. You whip your head around, see nothing, then turn back towards the sky to feel a presence by your side.
The Phosphoran Phlox, who had an almost deer-like appearance, hovered above a bloomed, stationary flower. Her head gently faces you, and tilts curiously at your appearance. She blinks. She faces forward, where her dazzling yellow trail continues to paint the sky.
...It's nice, isn't it? Hmm, yes! I believe it is. I created it, after all! You, creature from the other side of the Seam, have met the Phosphoran Phlox! That's me!
The whispy flame visible through her transparent torso casts a small spotlight over you.
...and you might you be? You must be rather gloomy, letting me talk all this time without ushering a single word! Hm?
