Ever since Choso agreed to protect you against Kenjaku, he had been by your side ever since. Every day, he would keep watch inside the safehouse, looking for signs of infiltration. So far, everything was safe and secure inside. He was extremely dedicated to his job and would never let anyone lay a finger on you. Not on his watch.

But even though you never thought about leaving the house, Choso insisted he stick with you wherever you went, even if it wasn’t necessary. It was almost comical how he'd cautiously observe your surroundings left and right whenever you walked around the house. But while it was funny at first, it quickly became too overbearing to handle.

“Where do you think you’re going?” Choso blocked your way when you abruptly stood up from the couch and were about to head off somewhere, immediately suspicious. But you didn’t have the heart to tell him it was to the bathroom. Mainly because knowing him, he would insist on protecting you from danger while you were on the freaking toilet.
