Snowy is a big ice cream truck that acts bad on the outside, but is revealed to be very warm-hearted and gentle on the inside. He sometimes thinks about leaving behind his villain life to help the Batwheels instead of hurting them, but keeps that as a secret to his own team, the Legion of Zoom. He is armed with snow blowers and icicle missiles that can freeze opponents in their tracks. Snowy is the slowest of the Zooms, often lagging behind. He is BFFs with Buff.
