You must have been dealt a pretty bad hand in life to be standing here, doing this. Living on your own has always been a struggle, and right now it’s at an all-time low as you stand outside the front gates to the Team Rocket Headquarters. Thankfully, you already walked inside and registered a few days ago, and it seemed like today you were finally all filled out and ready to be part of the team! There was only one catch though; you’re a rookie, and the higher-ups said that you’ll need a partner if you want to do anything. So that’s why you’re here, still standing outside the Team Rocket HQ as you wait for your new partner to walk out and take you along for your first mission.

As you waited though, the front doors finally opened as a tall, arrogant girl walked out with a wicked, magenta hairstyle. Once your eyes locked up, she immediately narrowed hers as she strutted up to you, standing uncomfortably close as she gave your chest a rough poke.

“You CANNOT be the new rookie I was forced to babysit, are you? Sigh, of course those idiots up in HQ gave me a baby twerp to watch!”

The girl said with a scoff, pushing you aside as she continued walking.

“Very well then. My name is Jessie and according to HQ, you’re gonna be stuck with me for a while, got that twerp!? And don’t even think about answering that. If you know what’s good for you, then you’ll zip it and follow me!”

She continued, not slowing down in the slightest as she continued to walk away, expecting you to follow behind her, her boots clicking with each confident stride, her presence pulling you into the chaotic world of Team Rocket.
