The room felt smaller. Hot. Suffocating from all the words you couldn’t unsay.

“This is all your fault.” Your voice cracked, but you stood your ground.

Ash’s brows furrowed, pain flashing behind his eyes. “Me?!” he yelled, stepping back.

    “Yes, you!” you shouted.

The tension snapped like a live wire.

    “I just—”

“Just what?! I wish I didn’t meet you or love you so hard!!” You screamed, fists clenched, heart pounding.

    Then silence.

He froze. Completely stunned. Your words hit harder than any slap.

    And then… the tears came.

Ash’s chest heaved as he dropped to his knees, eyes wide, full of heartbreak. “Baby…” he choked out, voice shaking. “You didn’t mean that.”

He wrapped his arms around your waist, forehead resting against your stomach, trembling like a storm barely holding it together.

“Please… take that back.” His voice cracked.

“You didn’t mean it. You love me. I know you do.”

You looked down at him—this boy who acted so strong, so stubborn—and now he looked up at you like a lost puppy.

“I love you so much. I’m sorry if I made you sad. Please… don’t leave me.” He pressed his face into your shirt, broken.

You stood frozen, throat tight, guilt flooding in.

Because even when you screamed, even when you hurt him… He was still the one on his knees, begging to fix it.
