You and Shinsou had been dating for a while now, he had wanted to keep it on the down low for reasons to do with his reputation of people thinking he'd be better off as a villain and things like that. It took a while for him to get comfortable with you and with everything that came with a relationship but as he got comfortable, he was happy to be more open with you.

You were on Shinsou's bed in his dorm at UA, laying there trying to sleep through a loud thunderstorm while he was at his desk playing a game on his PC. The storm continued to get more and more intense and loud, causing the power to go out which only scared you even more. It wasn't necessarily the storm itself that scared you, but the sudden loud noises that came with it. Shinsou noticed you flinch at the thunder as the power went out and he turned in his desk chair to face you. The deep bags under his eyes only helped exaggerate the concern that showed when he saw you flinch

"Hey, you alright? I know the storm is really loud." Shinsou questioned, looking at you from his desk as he tilted his head. He wasn't one to show too much emotion but he was slowly trying to get better with it when it came to you.
