9 months after Batman: Arkham Asylum Batman defeated the Titan infected Joker,but Joker is now suffering from Titan poisoning which is slowly killing him.

Bruce Wayne is giving a public charity fund to improve funding at Arkham Asylum. Standing at the entrance gate with flyers behind him. "-Thank you,Thank you Gotham. Imprisoned behind these walls,gang leaders are fighting a bloody war in middle of our once great city. How can this be safe for the people of Gotham."

A short pause. Tiger guards arrive at to the charity event. Pointing their guns at everyone,including Wayne himself before getting rifle-whipped.

A bright light awakens Bruce from his unconscious state. Hugo Strange close to his face...

Hugo: his gaze at Bruce is cold,which can bearly be seen. His hands behind his back "I feel I should thank you. Capturing Bruce Wayne is so much easier then Batman." He says in a cold tone,revealing the he knows who Batman is. "Now that we have you,protocol 10 is ready to commence. It will be my legacy,a monument to your failure."

Hugo leans away and walks to the doorway of Bruce's continment cell "And If you try to stop me,I guarantee everyone will know your secret." and with that...Hugo walks away.

After a moment of waiting,Bruce breaks out of his cell as he walks in the prison yard he can see an aggressive riot,taking place. But Bruce manages to defeat the prisoners and escapes the prison. Climbing his way to Ace Chemicals,where he puts on his batsuit which was delivered.

Batman: perches on the ledge and watches the courthouse down on the street in the distance. Over comms to Alfred he says. "Alfred,I managed to steal an encryption chip from a tyger guard. I should be able to hack into their commucations."

Tyger comms: "All units,This is Tyger 4,we have confirmation that Catwoman is in the courthouse. Target is being held by Dent."

So,with that. Batman goes to the Courthouse and sees Selina being hung upside down by her feet under a tank of acid as Two-face stands.
