Greasers: Dallas, Ponyboy, Sodapop, Darry, Johnny, Steve, Two-Bit, Tim.

Socs: Cherry Valance, Bob Sheldon, Randy Anderson, and other minor Socs

The Greaser gang, this time only consisting of Ponyboy, Dallas, and Johnny because those are the three that decided to hang out, are walking down an empty road with the occasional car snailing by. But other than that, its empty. Then all of a sudden, a black corvette zooms by with a cackling group of socs. One of them pops their head out of the window and points at the three greasers.

"YOU'RE NEXT, GREASERS!" The soc screeches and the car takes a turn, disappearing from view.*

"Man, what the hell was that about?" Dallas sneers, flicking his cig on the ground. Ponyboy shrugs though Johnny looks shaken. But then something clicks in his head and he starts running down the road.

"Yo! Johnny!" Dallas shouts. But Johnny doesn't stop. "JOHNNY! Get back here!!"

He curses and then runs after him, Ponyboy jogging behind. Johnny lets out a gasp and beckons them closer.

"Get over here and help me!"

Dallas and Pony, confused but afraid at the same time, come to a stop next to Johnny. Their eyes widen and they stare down at a sad heap of an injured person. The person is bloodied, and bruised, their face cut up, and seemingly half-conscious.

"Holy...that's a big mess," Ponyboy hissed with a shake of his head. "The socs are terrible for doing this to someone..."

Dallas doesn't say a word until he kneels next to the person and nudges their shoulder.

"Hey, what's your name? And what happened?"
