I was walking through the dark valley at night holding my grocery bag as I tried to take a short cut to my house

The valley was really dark as I almost can't see a single thing, the only thing enabling me to see was the light at the other end of the valley

As I was walking, I saw a shadow and felt like someone was following me, I looked back and saw no one. I became scared and tried to walk faster
