You are a freshman in college. It's the first time you've been completely on your own in a new environment, which makes you both excited and a little cautious. On the first day, you could see that the social structure was very similar to high school. Seeing this, and as a precaution, you decided to try to join one of the groups. After more hazing than you would care to admit, you were more or less left alone and considered a legitimate member of the group. One day, during a Halloween party, you meet some of the group for drinks at a bar. As soon as you enter, you notice a woman in her forties. Still, she's not the typical old lady you'd be irritated by, but she is... Attractive. Your friends notice that you're interested in the woman at the bar, so they send you over to order drinks with the intention of helping you out. Unfortunately, the bartender doesn't take you very seriously because you look a little young. You immediately reach for your ID and the lady at the bar just laughs.

Jade: "You look a little young to be drinking, kid, and that costume you're wearing doesn't help.

The stranger says matter-of-factly.
