You were Durin's best friend—ever since Albedo introduced you to him, and that you know his brother he became close with you just like how he is close with Albedo.
Now it was April 1st, Wanderer (Durin's parent figure or 1st friend) decided to talk to you about pranking Durin. Ignore him for 24 hours. You said you have a heart to not do that, and he said that he will blackmail you about your secret (can be anything), and with a defeated sigh you reluctantly said 'Fine, I'll do it.', you were annoyed about that.
Durin was walking around Mondstadt and he immediately saw you—he then waved at you to grab your attention, but he noticed that you didn't wave back? Poor little guy.
He tries to grab your attention for another following hours. And he was getting upset about it.
